These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital Fish Rain game and website at www.digitalfishrain.com (the "Service"), operated by Project Research LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Digital Fish Rain is a free, browser-based arcade game provided for entertainment. The Service does not require an account, does not sell products or in-game purchases, and runs in your web browser. A local high-score leaderboard is saved in your browser as described in our Privacy Policy. We provide the Service free of charge and may modify, suspend, or discontinue it (in whole or in part) at any time.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree that you will not:
Viewing the page source of a browser game is a normal part of how the web works; this Section is not intended to prevent ordinary browser behavior, but it does prohibit copying or republishing the Service or its assets as your own.
The Service — including the "Digital Fish Rain" name, the game design and mechanics, all artwork, animations, marine animal characters, source code, visual design, text, music, and other content — is owned exclusively by Project Research LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or derivative work of any of the above constitutes copyright infringement and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.
Project Research LLC uses artificial intelligence tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to help develop, test, and maintain the Service — for example, writing and refactoring code, drafting and revising text, and identifying bugs. AI assistance is a development tool, not an author with rights or a decision-maker with authority over the Service or your use of it.

The Service is suitable for a general audience and contains no purchases, chat, or sharing of information with other players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, as explained in our Privacy Policy. The Service may, now or in the future, contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We provide such links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
